Within two hours after the conclusion of the purchase process, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. This message confirms that the order has been successfully received by us. If you do not receive the above e-mail, please contact our Customer Service.

During the purchase process check the option “Ship to a different address?”: here you can enter a different shipping address than the one entered for billing, but it must be within the same country.

Click on the cart to go to the page that contains the summary of your order. Under the items you will see a blank text string and the text “Apply promotional code”.

Remember to enter the promotional code at checkout as it will not be possible to add it later.

Changing or Canceling an Order

Unfortunately for technical reasons it is not possible to change an order once it has been placed. As long as the package with the items you ordered has not yet left the warehouse, you can cancel your order and place a new one with the desired items. If you want to proceed in this way, send an e-mail to our Customer Service, writing your name, the country from which you placed the order and the order number code. When the order is successfully cancelled, the amount paid will be credited back to you through the same payment system you chose when you placed your order.

As long as the package related to your order has not left the warehouse, you can cancel your order: send an e-mail to our Customer Service, where you indicate the numerical code of the order and communicate your willingness to cancel the order. The amount paid at the time of placing your order will be refunded to you within 7 working days through the same payment method you chose for the payment.

As long as the package for your order has not left the warehouse, you can change the address chosen for the delivery of the goods. Send an e-mail to our Customer Service, where you indicate the order number code together with the new address.

Payment

The payment methods accepted are as follows:

PayPal;
Credit card (via Stripe);
Bank Transfer.

Of course it is possible to make the payment by a foreign credit card, if it belongs to the Visa or Mastercard circuit.

When a payment is not accepted, the reasons may be various. The best thing to do in such cases is to contact your bank: often the problem is solved in a short time. Alternatively you can opt for another payment method. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service.

Shipping

Italy, Vatican, Republic of San Marino: at a cost of € 6.50.
Shipping for orders over € 69.90 is free!

EU: at the cost of € 15,00.
Shipping for orders over € 99.90 is free!

You will receive your order within 2-4 working days after receiving the shipping confirmation. Please note that during high season and sales, delivery times may be longer.

If you are not at home on the day of delivery of the package there will be no problem! A notice will be left to redefine the delivery.
If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the goods will be deposited at a collection point in your vicinity. There you can pick it up within 5 working days at a time more convenient for you. Do not forget to bring with you an identity document and the shipping number so that you can pick up the package.

Together with the shipping confirmation you will receive a Tracking-Link, which is a link to the page to follow your package at the website of the shipping company.

Returns

You can return the items without having to specify the reason within 30 days after receipt of the shipment by sending an email to info@jwbrine.com.

The instructions for the return procedure of the goods and the conditions of the relevant refund will be provided by the seller’s reply e-mail which will contain the waybill to be printed and attached on the packaging for the collection and shipment of the return.

To make the return it is essential that the goods are intact and in their original condition, the items must not have been washed or worn.

Return shipping costs are charged to the customer.

The refund of the price of the purchased products will be made to the same account from which the customer has made the payment within 30 days from the return of the goods to the warehouses, net of shipping costs incurred at the time of order and return.

The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.

For orders paid with a current account, the refunded amount will be available to customers in about 10 days. Times may vary slightly depending on the banking system of the credit card used.

For orders paid by PayPal, the amount will be returned to the original account.

If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact info@jwbrine.com within 3 days of receiving your order to agree on return/exchange procedures.
