Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday in the time slot 9:00 – 18:00.

Orders placed at the weekend are processed from the following Monday morning as well as any order placed after 12:00 noon will be processed the following business day (Monday – Friday).

Normal delivery time is 2-4 working days. (Monday – Friday)

As soon as the package will be physically entrusted to the express courier, in charge of the delivery service on the Italian national territory, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the tracking code of the same.

You can monitor the status of the shipment by connecting to the express courier site and entering the code provided in the search string.

Fulfilling Orders

SERVICE GROUP S.R.L. reserves the right to refuse an order if the payment is not verified.

Prices and currency

Orders are invoiced in Euro and correspond to the prices published on www.jwbrine.com/shop .

The amount that will be charged to the customer may be subject to change as it is based on fluctuating exchange rate regimes and bank fees.

SERVICE GROUP S.r.l. invites the buyer to contact their bank to request detailed information on exchange rates and bank commissions related to their transaction.


Write an email to info@jwbrine.com indicating the order number you want to change and follow the instructions that will be provided.

In the event that the delivery of the package exceeds 30 days from the delivery, the warehouse reserves the right to refuse the request for exchange and/or refund.

When will I receive the change?

The delivery of an exchange requires up to a maximum of 6 working days (Monday – Friday) from the moment of receipt of the return.

For more information about your change, you can send an email to the following email address info@jwbrine.com indicating the order number, the name of the holder and the return shipping code.

I bought during the sales, can I request a change?

If you have made a purchase during sales, you can request a change in both size and model of the product. Any differences in price between the returned goods and the one requested will be notified by email.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise your right to return the goods for exchange and/or refund within 30 days from the date of delivery of your order.

Further requests for return of the same order, must in any case fall within 30 days from the date of delivery of the return and shipping costs will be charged to you.

The request and sending of the return must be made within 30 working days from the time of delivery of the order.

The return must be delivered to SERVICE GROUP S.r.l. no later than 30 working days from the date of delivery of the order.
If not, SERVICE GROUP S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse the return request and send back the goods at your expense or to establish a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods in cases where the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions of its policy, as well as the right to refuse unauthorized returns. Acceptance of such returns will result in a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.

The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Items returned will be refused and sent back at your expense if the items show signs of use.

Each garment must be returned inclusive of all original labels and packaging, considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only outer packaging.

In the event that you receive defective goods or that there are shipping errors by SERVICE GROUP S.r.l., you must report the incident to customer service by writing an email to info@jwbrine.com, no later than 3 working days after receipt of the order, to agree on how to return.
SERVICE GROUP S.r.l. reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods at its headquarters.

All returned items are subject to inspection and must comply with the parameters listed in the return procedure.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, items that meet the return parameters can be returned.

How does the refund happen?

The refund is made by crediting the amount through the same payment method used to make the purchase or by coupon, if expressly requested. If you have chosen cash on delivery as payment method, you can choose one of the following methods of refund:

  • Bank transfer;
  • Sending PayPal money;
  • Credit on paper (CC/CP);
  • Coupon for use on our online store.

Refunds are made at different times depending on the refund method chosen:

Bank transfer: within 14 working days (Monday – Friday)
Paypal: within 14 working days (Monday – Friday)
Cart: within 14 working days (Monday – Friday)
Coupon: within 1 – 2 working days (Monday – Friday)

Non-compliant orders?

If you have found an irregularity in the order received, please send an email to info@jwbrine.com, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

  • Be at least 18 years old;
  • Possess the necessary requirements to be able to enter into legally binding contracts;

  • Have a valid credit card between: Visa, MasterCard and American Express or;
  • Have a verified Paypal account or;
  • Having an active bank account.
